Modelo de Controle da Eficiência dos Processos da Gestão Acadêmica para a Melhoria da Performance das Instituições de Educação Superior Privadas. Florianópolis, 2005. Tese (doutorado) em Engenharia de Produção. Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Esta tese propõe um modelo de controle da eficiência dos processos da Gestão Acadêmica, visando a melhoria da performance das instituições de educação superior (IES) privadas. Com base em revisão na literatura, selecionam-se conceitos que fundamentam o modelo proposto e que contribuem para a geração do fluxo de informações sobre o desempenho dos processos da Gestão Acadêmica. Efetua-se a análise das instituições de educação superior e do funcionamento da gestão nessas IES, ressaltando os principais elementos da Gestão Acadêmica e seus processos. O modelo proposto utiliza o Controle Estatístico de Processo (CEP) como forma de possibilitar o controle da eficiência e a Contabilidade por Atividades (CPA), para controlar os indicadores de lucratividade. O aperfeiçoamento no desempenho desses elementos e, conseqüentemente dos processos, contribui para a melhoria da performance e da eficácia social. A aplicação do referido modelo em instituições de educação superior privadas é realizada por metodologia específica em duas instituições de educação superior privadas, sendo uma delas com finalidade lucrativa e a outra sem tal finalidade. Observa-se que o modelo de controle da eficiência proposto torna-se válido como instrumento para a geração de informações, ao proporcionar uma visão dos processos da Gestão Acadêmica e, também, ao possibilitar o controle da eficiência dos mesmos. Para a validação do modelo, é necessária a realização da análise organizacional da instituição, bem como o mapeamento dos processos da Gestão Acadêmica, auxiliado pelo referencial desenvolvido. Model of Control of the Efficiency of the Processes of the Academic Administration for the Improvement of the Performance of the Institutions of Superior Education Private. Florianópolis, 2005. Thesis (doctorate) in Engineering of Production. Federal university of Santa Catarina. This thesis proposes a model of control of the efficiency of the processes of the Academic Administration, seeking the improvement of the performance of the institutions of superior education (IES) toilets. With base in revision in the literature, concepts are selected that base the proposed model and that contribute to the generation of the flow of information on the acting of the processes of the Academic Administration. It occurs the analysis of the institutions of superior education and of the operation of the administration in those IES, pointing out the principal elements of the Academic Administration and your processes. The proposed model uses the Statistical Control of Process (SCP) as form of making possible the control of the efficiency and the Accounting for Activities (CPA), to control the profitability indicators. The improvement in the acting of those elements and, consequently of the processes, it contributes to the improvement of the performance and of the social effectiveness. The application of the referred model in institutions of superior private education is accomplished by specific methodology in two institutions of superior education private, belonging one to them with lucrative purpose and the other without such purpose. It is observed that the model of control of the efficiency proposed becomes valid as instrument for the generation of information, when providing a vision of the processes of the Academic Administration and, also, when making possible the control of the efficiency of the same ones. For the validation of the model, it is necessary the accomplishment of the analysis organization of the institution, as well as the map of the processes of the Academic Administration, aided by the developed referencial. Modelo de Mando de la Eficacia de los Procesos de la Administración Académica para la Mejora de la Actuación de las Instituciones de Educación Superior Privado. Florianópolis, 2005. La tesis (el doctorado) Diseñando de Producción. La universidad federal de Santa Catarina. Esta tesis propone a modelo de mando de la eficacia de los procesos de la Administración Académica, mientras buscando la mejora de la actuación de las instituciones de educación superior (IES) los retretes. Con la base en la revisión en la literatura, se seleccionan los conceptos que la base el modelo propuesto y ese contribuya a la generación del flujo de información en la acción de los procesos de la Administración Académica. El ocurre del análisis de las instituciones de educación superior y del funcionamiento de la administración en esos IES, señalando los elementos principales de la Administración Académica y sus procesos. Los usos ejemplares propuestos el Mando Estadístico de Proceso (el código postal) como la forma de hacer posible el mando de la eficacia y el Considerar para las Actividades (CPA), para controlar los indicadores de rentabilidad. La mejora en la acción de esos elementos y, por consiguiente de los procesos, contribuye a la mejora de la actuación y de la efectividad social. La aplicación del modelo referido en las instituciones de educación privada superior es cumplida por la metodología específica en dos instituciones de educación superior privado, perteneciendo uno a ellos con el propósito lucrativo y el otro sin el tal propósito. Se observa que el modelo de mando de la eficacia propuso que el se pone válido como el instrumento para la generación de información, al proporcionar una visión de los procesos de la Administración Académica y, también, al hacer posible el mando de la eficacia del mismo. The relationship between Argentina and the United States was both strained and uncertain at this time. The newly elected Perón and his controversial wife, Eva, represented Argentina. The United States’ presence in Argentina for the preceding year was primarily presented through Ambassador Spruille Braden.2 These men had vastly differing perspectives and visions for Argentina. The contest between them was indicative of the relationship between the two nations. Beneath the public and well-documented contest between Perón and United States under the leadership of Braden and his successors, there was another player whose presence was almost unnoticed. The impact of this player was subtlety effective in normalizing relations between Argentina and the United States. The player in question was former United States President Herbert Hoover, who paid a visit to Argentina and Perón in June of 1946. This paper will attempt to describe the nature of Argentine-United States relations in mid-1946. Hoover’s mission and insights will be examined. In addition, the impact of his visit will be assessed in light of unfolding events and the subsequent historiography. The main argument indicates that Madonna has used postmodern strategies of representation to challenge the foundational truths of sex and gender, promote gender deconstruction and sexual multiplicity, create political sites of resistance, question the Catholic dissociation between the physical and the divine, and bring visual and musical influences from multiple cultures and marginalized identities. She constructed herself often rewriting her past, organized her own cult borrowing from multiple subaltern subcultures, and targeted different audiences. As a postmodern icon, Madonna also reflects social contradictions and attitudes toward sexuality and religion and addresses the complexities of race and gender. Her use of multiple media—music, concert tours, films, and videos—shows how images and symbols associated with multiracial, LGBT, and feminist groups were inserted into the mainstream.
