-VIA Sunday, June 14 8 am to 1 pm

Its that time of year again when families have the fun of cleaning out the basement, sweeping through the garage, and checking the attic for all those old, unwanted goodies that may bring in a little cash.

Do you have stacks upon stacks of old books, closets of clothing, chotchkes galore, and all kinds of old furniture? Mark your calendar now and sign up for the Brotherhood yard sale on Sunday, June 14 from 8 am to 1 pm. This is your opportunity to clean out those unwanted dust collectors and white elephants, make some cash, and spend part of the day with other congregants.

Brotherhood will rent you two parking spaces in the temple parking lot and provide you with a table for only $20. All you have to do is set up shop, talk to the customers, and sell some of those unwanted items so you dont have to pack them back up at the end of the day.

At past yard sales, some members have pocketed as much as $500 for a single day of kibitzing and selling, so join us for the fun.

If you have items to sell but are unable to participate, call Ric Cooper at 237- 8120. If you can drop your things at his house, which is not far from the temple, Ric will ensure that they make it to the yard sale. Unsold items are usually donated to charity at the end of the day.

If you would like to join us for some fun (and hopefully sun), cut out the form below, fill in the information and return it with your check for $20, payable to TRS Brotherhood, to Edward Naidamast, 6277 Kerrydale Drive, Springfield VA 22152.

Yes, I want to participate in Brotherhoods yard sale!
