COLONEL LYNDY R. DOYLE

Colonel Lyndy R. Doyle is the Chief for Plans and Integration , Readiness Center, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. As the principal advisor on total force human resource management and governance Col Doyle is responsible for strategic planning support for managing business processes and organizational reengineering design to maximize Human Resource Management across the enterprise. As the senior advisor to NGB/A1 on the ANG Crisis Action Team, Col Doyle is responsible for personnel readiness for both contingency and domestic operations. As the ANG principle for personnel utilization and duty status reform Col Doyle provides an accountable, analytical framework for facilitating Sr Ldr decisions on behalf of 107,700 Airmen.

Prior to her current assignment, Lt Col Doyle served on the Command Action for Headquarters, Air National Guard where she was the key advisor to the Chief of on a broad range of matters. As the lead agent for policy development she was responsible for analyzing strategic policies, and making recommendations for TXANG senior leader mission accomplishment.

Lt Col Doyle also served as the Chief of Staff for the Joint Counterdrug Task Force, Joint Force Headquarters, Texas Forces. In this role, Lt Col Doyle was second in command over the most robust Counterdrug Program in the nation with over 250 and Airmen serving in excess of 120 Law Enforcement Agencies.

Lt Col Doyle began her traditional Guard and Reserve career in 1995 as an enlisted member in the Reserves as an Air Transportation Specialist for the 433rd , Lackland AFB, TX. In 1997, she transferred to the Air National Guard’s in Grand Prairie, TX, where she continued to serve as an Air Transportation Specialist. In 1998, she was selected as the Wing’s Military Equal Opportunity (MEO), and soon after graduated from the Academy of Military Science (AMS), McGhee Tyson ANGB, as a Distinguished Graduate. After AMS graduation, she returned to the 136th AW and brought the Wing numerous honors during her time as MEO. In 2002, she was selected as the 149th Fighter Wing’s Support Group XO, Lackland AFB, TX where she helped the Support Group soar through its Operational Readiness Exercise. In 2003, she transferred to the Maintenance Group to serve as its much needed XO. In her four years as the Maintenance Group XO, she was credited with revitalizing its mobility program, rebuilding its Military Awards and Decorations Program, and leading the Wing’s efforts to make the 149th Fighter Wing the TXANG unit of choice for contingency response by becoming the first TXANG certified Liaison Officer for Texas. Lt Col Doyle was subsequently selected as the Maintenance Operations Flight for the 149th Maintenance Group responsible for scheduling effectiveness of a 4,500 hour annual flying program and fleet health of 23 F-16 aircraft worth $664 million. Under her skillful hand the MXOF scored a record 97% on its 2010 Logistics Compliance Assessment Program and Excellent ratings on its 2011 and 2014 Unit Compliance Inspections.

In 2009 Lt Col Doyle deployed to Southwest as the AFCENT AFFOR A1 PERSCO Chief in support of OIF/OEF. During this seemingly brief 4-month deployment, Lt Col Doyle traveled over 15,000 inter- miles to spearhead OIF/OEF force flow briefings, lead and reposturing, provide oversight of AOR roll-out of DCAPES, and conduct site visits of 13 assigned PERSCO teams. Lt Col Doyle worked tirelessly with G1 counterparts to pinpoint and correct over 2,000 incongruous CENTCOM BOG reports, and championed accurate and expedient casualty reporting, enabling the award of the Purple Heart prior to Airmen being medically evacuated from the theater. Under her leadership AFCENT A1 was credited with highest performing PERSCO in over three years. Letter of evaluation rated Lt Col Doyle as the number one deployed AFCENT A1 officer for AEF 1/2 commending her for cultivating participation in fallen warrior ceremonies and motivating others to never forget why we serve!

Prior to joining the , Lt Col Doyle spent ten years working for the State of Texas in quality assurance inspector positions that afforded the opportunity to validate and study people and processes, allowing extensive experience in acting not just as an inspector, but as a liaison for organizations in the development of quality assurance programs that improved operational systems, communication processes, and personnel morale.
