Bu Qərarda dəyişikliklər Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2002-ci il 24 avqust tarixli 772 nömrəli Fərmanı ilə təsdiq edilmiş “İcra hakimiyyəti orqanlarının normativ hüquqi aktlarının hazırlanması və qəbul edilməsi qaydası haqqında Əsasnamə”nin 2.6-1-ci bəndinə uyğun edilə bilər. 3. Bu Qərar 2020-ci il yanvarın 1-dən qüvvəyə minir. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Baş naziri Novruz MƏMMƏDOV Bakı şəhəri, 12 aprel 2019-cu il 163 Azərbaycan Respublikası Nazirlər Kabinetinin 2019-cu il 12 aprel tarixli 163 nömrəli Qərarı ilə təsdiq edilmişdir.
