During the hearing, the representative of the PIO submitted that he was not well conversant with the case. The appellant was not present to challenge the contention of the respondent PIO. On perusal of the case record, it was seen that no reply under the RTI Act in response to the application dated 26.07.2013 had been provided to the appellant. Be that as it may, the CPIO was directed to provide complete and point wise reply in regard to the RTI application dated 26.7.2013 within one month from the date of receipt of the order.

With the above direction, the appeal is disposed of.
