In compliance of CBR under reference, the office issued notices to all the contractors for submission of the documents and the contractors furnished their documents except M/s A to Z and M/s Jain Associates. The matter was placed before the Technical Evaluation Committee vide this office letter No. 45/CBC/2271 dated 08.06.2020. The technical bids were re-evaluated by the Technical Evaluation Committee on 09.06.2020 and found that M/s A to Z and M/s Jain Associates failed to qualify the technical bid due to non submission of the documents and remaining 03 No. of bidders are qualified for financial bid. The financial bid was opened on 20.06.2020.
