Day 1 — Fargo-West Fargo-Moorhead Area Red River Zoo: More than three hundred animals of 75 species live and Fargo Air Museum breed in natural habitat exhibits throughout the zoo, including exotic and native animals and plants from areas around the world with similar climates to the Red River Valley.

Scheels All Sports: More than just a store, Scheels is the ultimate destination for athletes, fans and outdoor sport enthusiasts. The focal point of the Fargo store is the 45-foot, 12-car 1953 parkstyle Ferris wheel in the center of the more than four acres of retail space and 85 specialty shops.

World’s Largest Buffalo Fargo Air Museum: Home of two hangars of aircraft ranging from a Wright Brothers’ Flyer to the Global Hawk unmanned surveillance aircraft.

Roger Maris Museum: Roger Maris, the legendary Fargo athlete, hit 61 homers, breaking Babe Ruth’s single-season home run record in 1961. Housed in the West Acres Shopping Center in Fargo, the museum allows visitors to re-live Maris’s legendary life.
