CIP (Customer Identification Program) Notice
In order to comply with existing regulations to combat terrorist financing and money laundering activities, the regulations require all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who establishes an account or any other financial relationship with such institution.
What this means for you: When you open an account or any other financial relationship with BRADESCO S.A. NEW YORK BRANCH, when an individual request to open an account, we will ask the name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your national ID, Passport, Driver’s License or other valid government issued ID that allow us to perform a verification of the identity of the person. For entities we will request documentation to prove the legal existence, ownership structure, information about the persons authorized to represent the entity as account-holder, the entity’s registration number, tax identity number (TIN) and/or registration number assigned by the registrar of companies or similar government agency where the incorporation documents were filed. We will also ask you for the names of all authorized signatories, attorneys-in- fact, officers and directors of the legal entity opening accounts and for significant beneficial owners of the legal entity account-holders (generally, all those with direct or indirect ownership interest of at least 10%). In some cases, we may request identification documents of persons or legal entities that are already customers of BRADESCO S.A. NEW YORK BRANCH, in order to update our records. We may ask for additional relevant information. Additionally, as a customer of BRADESCO S.A. NEW YORK BRANCH, internet gambling activities, production or commercialization of arms, ammunitions and any kind of military equipment or weapons of war or destined for military use, production or commercialization of radioactive materials, except for those that are intended for medical or scientific purposes, or any product or other activity (including but not limited to money laundering and/or terrorist financing) that is considered illegal are prohibited from being processed through your account or banking relationship.

Regulation GG Notice
BRADESCO S.A. NEW YORK BRANCH will not establish a relationship for customers engaged in any legal internet gambling business or any unlawful internet gambling businesses pursuant the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 the (“UIGEA”) and regulations GG of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
According to the regulations of UIGEA unlawful internet gambling means to “place, receive or otherwise knowingly transmit a bet or wager by any means which involves the use, at least in part, of the internet where such a bet or wager is unlawful under any applicable Federal or State law or tribal lands in which the bet or wager is initiated, received or otherwise made”.
Opting Out of Additional Disclosures
Before the New York Branch were to otherwise disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, the New York Branch would give to you the option to “opt-out” of such disclosure.

Our policy is to comply with Regulation CC, issued by the board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States, regarding availability of funds and collections of checks.
Determining the Availability of a Deposit
The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and United States Federal Government holidays. If you make a deposit before 3 P.M. on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after 3 P.M. or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. When

you do not make your deposit in person at our teller (for example, if you mail the deposit) the deposit will be the date the deposit was received at the branch if received before 3:00pm, otherwise, we will consider the deposit on the next business day. The length of the delay varies depending on the type of deposit and is explained below:
Immediately Available Funds
Funds from the following deposits are immediately available:
• Cash • Checks drawn on Banco Bradesco S.A. New York Branch
Next-Day Availability
Funds from the following deposits are available on the first business day after the day of your deposit:
• U.S. Treasury checks that are payable to you. • Wire transfers, including preauthorized credits, such as United States social security benefits and payroll payments. • State and local government checks that are payable to you. • Cashier’s, certified, and teller’s checks that are payable to you. • Travelers Checks. • United States Federal Reserve Bank checks, United States Federal Home Loan • Bank checks and United States money orders, if these items are payable to you.
Special Rules for New Accounts
If you are a new customer, the following special rules will apply during the first 30 days your account is open.
Funds from the deposits of cash will be available immediately.
Funds from deposits of wire transfer and the first $ 5,000 of a day’s total deposits of cashier’s, certified, teller’s, traveler’s, and federal, state and local government

New York Branch checks will be available on the first business day after the day of your deposit if the deposit meets certain conditions. For example, the checks must be payable to you.
The excess of $5,000 will be available on the ninth business day of your deposit.
Funds from all other check deposits will be available on the ninth business day after the day of your deposit.
Bank’s Right to Charge Back
The New York Branch's policy on availability of funds that you deposit will not affect your obligation to repay the New York Branch for any check that you deposit that is not paid, nor will it affect the New York Branch's right to charge back your account or to obtain reimbursement for any check that is not finally paid for any reason.
Check Deposits
Regulation CC establishes the maximum period a depositary bank may wait between receiving a deposit and making the deposited funds available for withdrawal. The first $200 from a deposit of local checks will be available on the first business day after the day of your deposit. The remaining funds will be available on the second business day after the day of your deposit. For example, if you deposit a local check of $700 on a Monday, $200 of the deposit will be available on Tuesday. The remaining $500 will be available on Wednesday.
Longer Delays May Apply
Funds you deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under the following circumstances:
• We believe a check you deposit will not be paid. • Your deposit checks totaling more than $5,000 on any one day. • You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid. • You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six months. • There is an emergency, such as failure of communication or computer equipment. • There is a non-local check.

• There is reasonable cause to doubt the collectability of the check from the paying bank. Banco Bradesco S.A. New York Branch decides to send the check out for collection. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available. They will generally be available not later than the ninth business day after the day of your deposit.
