You will not be allowed to train/play until you are registered. Once registered and fees paid, your name will be entered into a raffle that entitles you to one free season of fees which includes eSports and West Coast registration, all ice costs for a season (except second team fee), jersey and socks. This will help West Coast Ice Hockey Association (WCIHA) prepare for the upcoming season. West Coast preseason starts as of Sunday March 08, please see below for schedules. SENIOR SEASON SENIOR Training Schedule as of April 06 Senior divisions defined as: Premier, D1, D2 and D3 Time Monday Wednesday Thursday Saturday 7:45am Learn to Play 6:15pm D1 D2/D3 8:45pm Premier Fee Structure & Options: -Registration fee is $60 per member and collected via eSports when registering. This covers registration, end of year and AGM events, trophies/medals, administration, loan jersey and sock repairs/replacements if applicable. -IHWA and IHA fees are set and applied when registering on eSports; these will vary based on division and category you are registering in. *West Coast has not increased fees for the 2020 season; they have been reduced. Due to the increased ice cost and additional ice requirements from other groups, some of our divisions will be sharing training ice. The below fee structure for approximately 24 training sessions and 24 games, quantity of sessions will vary due to finals however cost for the entire season will be as follows: Options available: o $1125_Train and Play required: 11U, 14U, 17U, D1 & Premier (optional to D2, D3 but highly recommended) *This fee covers approximately 24 games and 24 training sessions. There will be no additional costs for preseason or finals. All officials are IHWA certified. $600_Train or Play only: available to 8U, D2, D3 (one game or training per week) o $400_Second team fee (includes either trainings, games or both) Discounts Available: § Raffle draw for a full season of fees, jersey and socks if registered and fees paid by end of day March 15. § Coaching discounts please refer to treasurer § Goalie discount of 50% § FIFO players – 65% of the scheduled fee is payable and must be paid in full or payable in three instalments and paid in full by no later than the 7th June 2020 § Payments in five equal instalments upon request. And payable in full between months one and five of the season. The costs charged on eSports ensure you are covered with insurance for injury, referee and linesmen, Ice Hockey Australia and Ice Hockey Western Australia administration, etc. You must be registered prior to the start of the season, all Junior divisions plus Senior divisions D2 and D3 start March 27 and Senior divisions, D1 and Premier start April 3. New West Coast members must create an account on eSports, existing members must re register. Please register for your age appropriate division. Second hand Equipment Ice hockey is a costly sport and it’s nice to save money where you can.
