Dr. Celâleddin ÖZTÜRK 2006, 345 Sayfa Jüri: Doç.Dr. Celâleddin ÖZTÜRK Prof.Dr. Yusuf DURAK Prof.Dr. Mustafa IŞILOĞLU Prof.Dr. Ahmet AFYON Yrd.Doç.Dr. Gıyasettin KAŞIK Bu çalışmada, Amasya ilinde farklı lokalitelerden 2002-2006 yıllarında özellikle ilkbahar ve sonbahar aylarında 850 makrofungus örneği toplanmıştır. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışması sonucunda, toplam iki bölüm, üç sınıf, 11 takım, 41 Familya ve 116 cins’e ait 303 makrofungus türü belirlenmiştir. Bu türlerin 40’ı Ascomycota, 263’ü Basidiomycota bölümüne aittir. Makrofunguslar üzerindeki mevcut literatüre göre, 38 türün Türkiye için yeni kayıt olduğu tespit edilmiştir. As a result of the field and laboratory studies, 303 species belong to 116 genera two divisions, three classes, 12 ordo and 41 families have been identified. 40 of them belong to Ascomycota, and the other 263 species belong to Basidiomycota divisions. According to the present literature on macrofungi of Turkey 35 taxa are new records for Turkey. Key Words: Macrofungi, Taxonomy, New Records, Amasya, Turkey. Ciboria polygoni, Peziza cf. cerea, Peziza fimeti. Peziza granulosa. Geopora sp.. Melastiza eha teri, Otide8 cf. alutacea and T8rzetta spurcata. HELOTIALES Helotiaceae ASCOCORYNE SARCOIDES (Jacq.) Groves & Wils. The species was reported by ROSTRUP (1903, p.313) under the name Coryne sarcoides (Jacq.) Tul., from Halssk6gur in N-Ice­ land, based on a specimen collected by 6lafur Daviosson. It has been found many times in the Public Park in Akureyri (AMNH 199, 9958), growing on stumps of different trees, mainly Betula and Sorbus spp., also in Arnarh6ll near Akureyri, in a garden. In SW-Iceland it has been found by Eirikur Jensson in Fossvogur 1988, and in Vifilsstaoahlio near Hafnarfjorour 1978. In the East it has been collected in the forests of Egilsstaoir and Hallormsstaour in 1987-1988 (AMNH 11642, 11856). The growing season is from late August to October. Since the species is rarely found in the ascus-state, it can­ not be ascertained whether A. cylichnum might also be present in the material or not. Hyaloscyphaceae HYMENOSCYPHUS cf. CALYCULUS (Sow.) Phill. The species was reported by ROSTRUP (1903, p. 315) as Phialea virgultorum (Vahl.) Two new species of Discomycetes (order Pezizales) from Graubiinden, Switzerland Henry Dissing Botanical Institute, Department of Mycology and Phycology, University of Copenhagen, 0ster Farimagsgade 2D, DK-1353 Copenhagen K, Denmark Helvetia pulchra and Melastiza tetraspora are described as new species. H. pulchra is a mem• ber of section Macropus. M. tetraspora is compared with the presumably closely related Melastiza chateri. Additional keywords: Ascomycetes, taxonomy, scanning electron microscopy. About 20 alpine and subalpine localities in Graubiinden, Switzerland, were studied in the period of August-September in 1979, 1982 and 1984. A total of 120 species of Discomycetes (order Pezizales), of which ten are new to sci• ence, were collected. Two new species, viz., Chalazion helveticum and Smardaea purpurea, were published by Dissing (1980,1984). In this paper two new soil inhabiting species from Graubiinden, Melastiza tetraspora (family Pyronemataceae) and Helvetia pulchra (family Helvellaceae, section Macropus) are described and ecological data on both species are presented. Material and methods Notes on habit and habitat were taken in Graubiinden, based on fresh mate• rial. Coverslips for SEM microscopy were prepared from fresh material of M. tetraspora and M. chateri. Detailed studies of microscopic characters were performed on dried material revived in tap water overnight. For histology, the revived material was further fixed in 2.5 % glutaraldehyde and treated according to Dissing & Sivertsen (1988). Sections 2-3 um thick were cut on a Reichert-Jung 2050 Supercut microtome. SEM photos were obtained on a Philips Scanning Microscope after coating with gold-palladium alloy.

The list comprises 944 species, including 91 (presumably) extinct species and 182 species which are directly threatened with extinction.
