St. Anne's Minutes of September 2, 2015 those present: Jamie Schilmiller, Rose Banet, Loren Grahek, Connie Mefford, Gayle Schrank, Sandy Jacobi, and Linda Atherton. Meeting started with a Short Prayer. Minutes where approved as read. Treasurer report $2648.37 as August 1st as compared to past years a little lower but we are spending more on events. Events are: Retreat, May Crowning, Ice Cream Social, Donuts with Santa, Halloween Party and Palm Sunday Breakfast. May Crowning/ Ice Cream Social taken care of by Jamie Schilmiller and Jackie Latis. Thanks for their help on this event. No Pumpkin Festival this year. Holy Name Dinner with St. Anne's Possibility discussed. Time of year too busy. Probably not was the consensus. Halloween Party discussion party on the Oc ober program. Donuts with Santa will be December 6 between Masses. Francine had scheduled this date. Michelle are new Faith Formation Director agrees with this date and time ( 9:30 -10:45 AM). Palm Sunday March 20 will be our Breakfast as our main fund raiser. Donations are accepted during this event. May 4 will be our Spring Tea from 7-8 PM more to discuss later this year. No Retreat until 2017 not a yearly event. Halloween will be a shortened format. Example: Costumes 2 or more crafts and games that are self controlled, Craft Project completed the evening all present created a fall door decoration. Closing with a prayer, everyone giving a one sentence prayer meeting ended at 8:30PM
