The exhibition is from a trip he took with his Finnish wife to her homeland Suomi (Finland) in the coldest months of winter in 2010. The average temperature the work was shot in was around Minus 21 Degrees C. Exceptionally cold, but phenomenally beautiful. Dan observed that even the most simple of things took on an abstract surreal quality, and fuzed with the soft delicate Arctic light, has created a world that feels like being on another planet.
