At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the Buckfast Road. In the village of Buckfast, take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto Higher Mill Lane. Travel up the hill and after half a mile, turn right at the crossroads at the crest of the hill onto Church Cross Road, signposted Holne. Follow this road for 2 miles, continue past a left hand turn signed for Scorriton and continue down the hill. Continue over the stone bridge and the land is situated immediately adjoining the road on your right hand side after approximately 50 yards from Lot 1 and 100 yards from Lot 2. There is a small grass/stoned pull in from the road at the bottom of the hill.
