Indian villages and communities were self-reliant informal employment are own account and self-supporting. They were not interfering with the nature’s ability to heal itself and sustain life/future. Innate volunteerism was present. As the poor workers. (http://wiego.org/) get together in their institutions to serve as platforms for their better lives and livelihoods for a reasonable time to come, they need to be self-reliant, self-supporting and self-organizing. They need to take over today’s activities of the facilitating organizations immediately; they need to have large number (1 per 10 families) of leaders, cadres (paid and unpaid; retained and need- based) with capacities rather than dependent on high cost less relaible professionals from outside; and they need to be supported with less in number but high calibre professionals with abilities of generalist integration, mentoring and being/working with communities. This, referred as communitization, as to be scaled up and extended to local governments, civil society and project staffing.

Ch. Ramakrishna1, G. Mallesh2, Ch. Ravi3, and M. Narsimha Reddy4 1234Department of Geology, University College of Science, Osmania University, Hyderabad-07 ABSTRACT The Granitoids of the Bibinagar- Bhongir area in the Nalgonda district are purely high potassic calc alkaline and meta aluminous and A-type belongs to Peninsular Gneissic Complex of the Eastern Dharwar Craton. The petrographic study of granitoids indicates that of pure magmatic origin in the form of different magmatic textures viz. perthitic, porphyritic and poiklitic textures. Geochemically the granitoids are rich in K2O & Na2O suggesting source from calc-alkaline magma. The Granitoids are falling mostly in the volcanic arc field on Yb vs Ta discrimination plot. The REE pattern shows strong Eu negative anomaly, suggesting early separation of plagioclase and the enhanced level of LILE relative to HFSE in Bibinagar-Bhongir granitoids points to the subduction zone enrichment and/or crustal contamination of the source region. Naveen Assistant Professor, Aurora’s Engineering College, Hyderabad, Telangana, India M. Rajesh, M. Srinivas, Md. Fasioddin B.Tech, Aurora’s Engineering College, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ABSTRACT From the actual conditions of rural road accident in our country, it shows that the current rural road safety is facing the grim situation and emphasizes the need of conduct rural road safety audit. This article analyzes the factors effecting safety in rural road accidents from human, vehicle, road, external environment and the other factors, summarizes the connotation and the steps of rural road traffic safety audit. It divides the contents of rural road traffic safety audit into two parts: newly built and rebuilt rural roads & the existing rural road traffic safety audit. Finally, this project aims at these problems existing in implementation process of rural road & proposes the corresponding solutions to support the work of rural road traffic safety audit. • A Case Study from Ramannapeta Mandal, Nalgonda, Telangana, India: Fluoride Contamination of Ground Water
A Case Study From Ramannapeta Mandal, Nalgonda, Telangana, India: Fluoride Contamination of Ground Water Dr.G.Machender Ganaboina ( [email protected] ) Mahatma Gandhi University Narsimha Kota Osmania University Research Article Keywords: Fluoride Contamination, Groundwater, Remote sensing, Ramannapeta Mandal Posted Date: July 30th, 2021 DOI: https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.rs-681568/v1 License: This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. The water samples were collected in pre and post monsoon seasons in the year of 2015-2016 from hand pumps bore wells or dug wells in the villages of Ramannapeta Mandal. The collected water samples were analyzed within a week. The Spatial distributions of uoride maps were prepared with the help of the Remote Sensing Imaginary (RSI) and Geographical Information System (GIS) techniques. The range of uoride in the study area varied from 0.6 to 5.6 ppm whereas the maximum permissible limit in drinking water is 1.5 ppm (As per Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) guideline-IS: 10500: 1991). The high contamination 4.0- 5.5 ppm of uoride in drinking water was observed in Siripuram, Dubbaka villages. During the study, it was found that the most of villages in Ramannapeta Mandal are affected with high uoride content in drinking water in the range of 1.5-3.0 ppm. Nalgonda district including Ramannapeta Mandal is underlain by different rocks such as granites (80%), gneisses, dolerite, dykes (10%), older metamorphic and intrusive (10%).
