Throughout the year, we have continued to progress behavioural safety training across the business through our Beyond Zero programme. We have also introduced new systems to make it easier to report safety or potential safety incidents, as well as other compliance related issues. Our Whistleblowing Hotline has been in operation and has been constantly monitored for more than 15 years. “KEEPING OUR PEOPLE SAFE MUST BE FIRST AND FOREMOST IN EVERYTHING WE DO.” In order to promote employee health and wellbeing, we have enhanced our occupational health provision, as well as taking steps to focus on mental health. During Mental Health Awareness Week in May, colleagues launched an ‘It’s OK not to be OK’ campaign, sharing conversations and information about mental health and dealing with stress.
