The Uniform Time Act of 1966 is in effect in states in which Great Northern operates passenger services. Advanced Summer Standard Time is observed in all states served by Great Northern. These states are: Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Wisconsin. Arrival and departure times for Canadian provinces are shown in Canadian Daylight Time, which is the same as American Advanced Summer Standard Time.
