Founded by the Pitre Family in 2001, Finaly General Contracting Corp. is a full-service general contracting firm specializing in commercial interior renovations in the Greater area. Over the years, Finaly has accumulated an extensive portfolio of projects working primarily in the corporate, retail, restaurant, healthcare, and education sectors. Our services include pre-construction budgeting, estimation, scheduling, procurement, project management, commissioning, and sign-off coordination.

Finaly is proud to call New York’s most prestigious real estate developers, owners, and managers as clients and maintains a reputation substantiated by a roster of first tier commercial real estate managers including, S L Green Realty, Empire State Realty, Colliers International, and RXR Partners to name a few. Additionally, Finaly offers and performs tenant-direct service work for our valued friends at Fox Television, Pride Global, Camuto Group, and Tullet Prebon.

Today, Finaly continues to be family owned and operated with well over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. WHO WE ARE Pre-construction - For successful completion of a project, the effort put forth leading up to the start of the construction is critical. Decisions made during the pre-construction phase can save the client significant amount of time and money. Therefore, as an obligation to our clients, Finaly offers a wide-range of pre-construction services. Project Management – Following the pre-construction phase, our team of highly qualified professionals comes in action to professionally supervise and coordinate all construction related activities. This is to our commitment to ensure our clients that their new facility will be completed within a timely and efficient schedule, while maximizing the most out of their economical budget.
