香港優秀教練選舉「評核準則」 Appendix I Hong Kong Coaching Awards “Evaluation Criteria” 114-116 目錄 INDEX 簡介 Introduction 2-3 選舉評審團 Judging Panel 4 「全年最佳教練獎」得獎者 Recipients of “Coach of the Year Awards” 5-10 「優秀服務獎」得獎者 Recipient of “Distinguished Services Award for Coaching” 11-12 「最佳教練培訓工作者獎」得獎者 Recipient of “Coach Education Award” 13-14 「精英教練獎」得獎者 Recipients of “Coaching Excellence Awards” 15-97 「最佳隊際運動教練獎」得獎者 Recipient of “Best Team Sport Coach Award” 98-99 「社區優秀教練獎」得獎者 Recipients of “Community Coach Recognition Awards” 100-113 附錄一 香港優秀教練選舉「評核準則」 Appendix I Hong Kong Coaching Awards “Evaluation Criteria” 114-116 1 2014 簡介 為表揚教練在體育工作上的努力及貢獻，香港教練培訓委員會於2015年4月26日 舉行了一年一度的「香港優秀教練選舉」頒獎典禮。透過這項體壇盛事，表揚曾 於2014年度在體壇默默耕耘並協助運動員取得傑出成績的教練。 以下六個獎項已於「2014香港優秀教練選舉」 頒獎典禮上頒發： 1. 全年最佳教練獎 「全年最佳教練獎」是頒發給曾培訓運動員╱運動隊伍於2014年在國際賽事 中表現顯著進步的教練。候選人已符合「精英教練獎」的候選標準。選舉評 審團是以候選人的整體表現為評審依據，包括運動員成績的穩定性、培育新 秀的主動性、提升運動員的積極態度、團隊間的合作精神，並著重個人操守 等。在一般情況下，下列各組均會有一位候選人獲得「全年最佳教練獎」： 個人項目 — 高級組 個人項目 — 青少年組 團體項目 — 高級組 團體項目 — 青少年組 2. 最佳教練培訓工作者獎 「最佳教練培訓工作者獎」是獎勵在獲提名前最少連續五年對教練培訓工作 有傑出貢獻的人士。評審是著重於候選人的個人操守、在設計培訓課程的主 動性及投入程度，以及對教練培訓工作的貢獻。每位教練只可每五年獲獎一 次。 3. 精英教練獎 「精英教練獎」是頒發給曾培訓運動員╱運動隊伍於 2014年取得香港優秀教 練選舉「評核準則」（附錄一）內精英資助評分表四分或以上成績的教練， 但不包括示範╱表演項目的成績。如屬隊際運動，獎項亦會頒發給被培訓隊 伍中的個別運動員，於精英資助評分表四分或以上的比賽中曾獲表彰為傑出 運動員的教練，如獲得「最有價值球員」、「最佳投球手」、「最佳防守球 員」等。 4. 最佳隊際運動教練獎 這獎項旨在表揚教練對隊際運動所作出的貢獻。「最佳隊際運動教練獎」將 頒發給在2014年培訓運動隊伍取得優異成績的教練（以達精英資助評分表 四分或以上成績為優先考慮）。選舉評審團是以香港優秀教練選舉「評核準 則」（附錄一）為評審依歸。 5. 社區優秀教練獎 「社區優秀教練獎」是獎勵給在2014年對培訓社區內的運動員╱運動隊伍有 特別貢獻和於服務期間持有有效及相關運動教練證書的教練。候選人須在獲 提名前於同一項運動中服務社區最少連續三年，服務年資較長者，將優先獲 得嘉獎。每位教練只可每三年獲獎一次。 6. 優秀服務獎 「優秀教練獎」是頒發給過去十年在培訓本地精英及香港代表隊有傑出貢獻 的教練，其服務年資在獲提名前應達十年或以上。每位教練只可每十年獲獎 一次。 2 2014 INTRODUCTION Coaches deserve recognition for their services to sports. The Hong Kong Coaching Committee (HKCC) continues to pay tribute to outstanding coaches who worked tirelessly behind the scenes each year at the Hong Kong Coaching Awards. Outstanding coaches of 2014 received due recognition at the Presentation Ceremony on 26 April 2015. Coaches were honoured in the following six award categories at the 2014 Hong Kong Coaching Awards Presentation Ceremony: 1. Coach of the Year Awards The “Coach of the Year Awards” are awarded to coaches considered to have best demonstrated their ability to improve the performance of a team or an individual at the international level in 2014. The entry requirement for the “Coach of the Year Awards” is to fulfill the nomination criteria for the “Coaching Excellence Awards”. Selection of recipients are based on the overall performance of the nominees such as consistency of performance, initiative in developing potential athletes, improvement of athletes’ attitude, co-operation among squad members and work ethics. The “Coach of the Year Awards” are normally awarded to a coach in each of the following categories: Senior athletes, individual sport Junior athletes, individual sport Senior athletes, team event Junior athletes, team event 2. Coach Education Award The “Coach Education Award” is awarded to the individual who is judged to have made an outstanding contribution to coach education for not less than five consecutive years prior to the date of nomination. The emphasis of the selection will be placed on one’s Code of Conduct, initiative and involvement in designing syllabus/curriculum and his/her contribution to coach education. A coach can only receive this award once every five years. 3. Coaching Excellence Awards The “Coaching Excellence Awards” are awarded to coaches who have coached an athlete or a team to the Elite Vote 4-point level or above results as defined by the Coaching Awards “Evaluation Criteria” (Appendix I) in 2014. Achievements from demonstration/exhibition events of competitions are not considered. For Team Sport, Awards are also granted to coaches who have coached individual athletes of the team to achieve official recognition in competitions of the Elite Vote 4-point level or above results. Official recognition includes “Most Valuable Player”, “Best Pitcher”, “Best Defender” etc. 4. Best Team Sport Coach Award The “Best Team Sport Coach Award” aims to recognise the achievements of coaches of Team Sports. “Best Team Sport Coach Award” is awarded to a coach who has coached the team to an outstanding (preferably at Elite Vote 4-point level or above) achievement according to the Coaching Awards “Evaluation Criteria” (Appendix I) in 2014. 5. Community Coach Recognition Awards The “Community Coach Recognition Awards” are awarded to coaches possessing valid and related coaching certificates for the services period and are judged to have made a special contribution to the coaching of athletes/ teams within the community in 2014. The nominees should have served the community not less than three consecutive years prior to the date of nomination in the same sport, with priority given to those who have served the community for a longer period. Coaches can only receive this award once every three years. 6. Distinguished Services Award for Coaching The “Distinguished Service Award for Coaching” is awarded to the coach who is judged to have made an outstanding contribution to coaching at the national and international levels for a minimum period of 10 years prior to 2014.
