HHS COVID-19 Molecular Rapid Test Program Quick Guide Testing Preparation: 1. Each participating agency will identify a Test Coordinator. 2. Each Test Coordinator will identify as many Test Administrators as necessary for the agency participating in the program. 3. Test Coordinators and Test Administrators will create an account on the Preparing Texas website: https//:www.preparingtexas.org. 4. After creating an account on the Preparing Texas website, Test Coordinators and Test Administrators will log in and take the Cue COVID-19-100 or-200 training course. 5. Upon completion of the training course, individuals will receive an email from txrapidtest.org which will provide login access to the testing application at app.txrapidtest.org. Agencies Reporting with their own CLIA waiver that plan to report through their existing process will not need to use the TX Rapid Test system. 6. COVID-19 Tests will be delivered to the Test Coordinator who will provide them to the participating agency. 7. Procure Apple® iPhone® 8+ or later mobile smart devices with iOS 13 or later with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi capability. Download the Cue Health App by going to the Apple and searching for the Cue Health App. Each iPhone can run up to 6 tests simultaneously.

Testing Day: 1. Unpack and set up the Cue Cartridge Readers. 2. Set up your Cue Account in the Cue Health App. Once you have set up a Cue Account, you may create and edit account profiles for persons being tested. All your test data will be saved under your Cue Account in the Cue Health App and on the Cue Health secure cloud server. 3. Pair Cue Cartridge Reader(s) to your mobile smart device. 4. Connect the Cue Health App to a paired Cue Cartridge Reader to run a Cue COVID-19 Test. 5. The Cue Health App uses pictures and videos to walk you through, step-by-step, how to collect a nasal sample and run a Cue COVID-19 Test. If you do not follow the instructions, the test may not run as it should, and you may not receive a test result or the test result may not be correct. 6. A Cue Health App update may be required before you run a test. Follow any on-screen instructions for updating the Cue Health App. 7. The first time you use the Cue Health App, you will need to Create an Account. After creating an account, you may log in. 8. Make sure that the Cue Cartridge Reader you will be using is paired to your mobile smart device. Follow the Cue Health Monitoring System's Quick Start Guide or User Manual and the on-screen instructions to pair the Cue Cartridge Reader to the mobile smart device. 9. Ensure that the Cue Health App is connected to the Cartridge Reader that you will be using for the Cue COVID-19 Test. Follow the Cue Health Monitoring System User Manual and the on-screen instructions to connect to the Cartridge Reader. 10.Follow the on-screen instructions to run a test.

After Testing

Test Resupply TDEM will provide resupply of testing materials to the agency based upon the availability of test kits and the allocation methodology. The agency may request resupply by emailing [email protected].
