Welcome... to our Summer/Autumn 2018 Brochure As you have hopefully noticed, the programme of refurbishment and improvement continues around the building and by late July we aim to have a new kiosk in The Terrace to support the sale of takeaway ice creams and food for the summer holidays. The programme of events also continues to develop, with a very full autumn season launched in this brochure. We hope you’ll nd lots of shows that you want to come and see to help us keep the building alive and open.
Without any subsidy or state support, perhaps uniquely for a seaside theatre, it isn’t easy to operate a theatre, let alone to fund improvements, and your support is greatly appreciated. Our café and restaurant are another great way to help us - all prot is ploughed back into the building. We’re open every day with delicious homemade cakes and pastries as well as a wide-ranging menu full of dishes perfect for summer, so whether or not you’re coming to a show, please do come and see us soon.

Our café, restaurant and bars are open during the Summer until 6pm Sunday to Thursday and until late on Friday & Saturday. On show days, we are open for PRE- THEATRE DRINKING & DINING, from 2 hours before the show.
BREAKFAST is served 9:30am to midday with last orders at 11:45am. We offer a wide choice: from bacon sandwiches to the full English. Our ALL-DAY MENU contains plenty of choice including steak from the chargrill, authentic pizza from our Italian Pizza oven, and fresh Fish & Chips, as well as SNACKS, NIBBLES, LIGHTER MEALS AND TAPAS. Something for all tastes, appetites and pockets.
On Sundays, we serve delicious ROAST DINNERS with a Mediterranean twist. We always have a vegetarian option, but for this we suggest booking a table to guarantee availability as demand can vary greatly.
FRESHLY-BAKED CAKES (including some gluten free) are available all day.
Our chefs are creating new dishes all the time, so there’s plenty to come and try - with the added bonus of stunning sea views and easy nearby parking (along the prom and in the Ranelagh and Spa Pavilion Pay & Display car parks, free after 6pm). Returns Policy ONCE PURCHASED, TICKETS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. They may only be exchanged for the same priced tickets within the same production, subject to availability, if returned to the Box Ofce no later than 48 hours prior to the performance. An administration exchange charge of £2.00 per ticket will be made. Once purchased, tickets may not be re-sold or transferred for prot or commercial gain by any other outlet than the Spa Pavilion Box Ofce or one of its authorised agents. Failure to comply will make the ticket void. As such, tickets re-sold and/or bought on Internet auction sites (such as eBay or similar) will be void and therefore entry to the theatre may be prohibited. Where an event is postponed, an alternative date will be offered. Refunds will be at the discretion of Spa Pavilion Ltd., unless no alternative performance is available. No further compensation will be offered. In the event of a performance cancellation, the Management will offer tickets for an alternative performance (subject to availability) to the seat value already purchased or a refund at their absolute discretion. SPA PAVILION PARKING & ACCESS There are plentiful on-street and car park spaces around The Spa. The RANELAGH RD CAR PARK, SatNav IP11 7HA, is the nearest at approx. 5 mins’ walk. The route from the car park shown in blue indicates some steps; the green route does not. Undercliff Road East, to the right, is often quietest for on-street parking. .
You can see our location on the map above. Parking is available on the promenade road leading up to the theatre, and is free after 6:00pm. Also, the main town centre car parks are free after 6pm and the nearest, Ranelagh Road, is only a short walk from the theatre, only around 5 minutes using the steps through the gardens above the Pavilion, or nearer 10 minutes if you avoid the steps. This car park can be easily found by following the brown tourist information signs for the Spa Pavilion or IP11 7HA for SatNav. To come cirectly to The Spa and park along the seafront, IP11 2DX is the postcode for satnav. Depending on the number of vehicles attending the Spa in support of each performance we may also have some car parking available on site, and will only offer these to theatregoers with ‘Blue Badge’ permits, with priority given to Friends and Patrons of the Spa. There are good bus and rail links too, with the main railway station about 15 minutes walk from The Spa, at the top of Hamilton Road.
