The Life of a Document: A Global Approach to Archives & Records Management Edited by Carol Couture & Jean- Yves Rousseau The au thors of The Life of a Document discuss in detail the various stages in the life of a document from its creation and the active stage through the semi-active and ultimately, the inactive stage where it is discarded or kept for historical purposes.
