1 large package of strawberry Jello 2 cups water

Whipped cream, fresh or canned (i.e. Reddi-wip)

• Bring six cups of water to a boil. Add the three large packages of Jello. Dissolve. When it is completely dissolved, add the strawberries. Mix well. Allow it to cool down. • Place the container* on a jelly roll pan. Line container (lengthwise) with plastic wrap, leaving about a 3" tail on both ends. Break apart the angel food cake into pieces about the size of a lime. • Using either a large soup ladle or a large measuring cup, gently pour the Jello mixture over the angel food cake. Some of the angel food may seem to float up, but it will sink down as it soaks up the Jello. Using the lid from the container, rest it on top of the mixture. Do not try to seal the lid as the Jello will run out of the container. • Refrigerate until the Jello sets up. Gently peal off the container lid. You'll notice several 'holes' where the Jello has been soaked up. Boil the next two cups of water and dissolve the remaining large package of Jello. Cool down. • When the remaining Jello has cooled down, fill in all of the empty places in the Jello. Return to the refrigerator until firm. (This can be done the night before serving.) • When ready to serve and using a table knife, loosen the long sides of the Jello. Gently run the knife behind the plas - tic wrap in the short end. Give the pieces of plastic wrap a tug to loosen the Jello even more. Position your serving plate over the Jello and flip the Jello onto the plate. Carefully remove the plastic wrap and cut into serving-sized pieces. Serve with whipped cream. • A 9” x 13” container can be used, however, I recommend Tupperware's cupcake holder/carrier that measures at 8 ½” x 13” and 2 ½” deep.
