19 The Loyalty Fund: Gifts to Sigma Kappa Each year, thousands of Sigma Kappa alumnae contribute to the Loyalty Fund, generating income to finance special projects above and beyond the sorority's operating budget. These funds, budgeted by National Council, have been used to support expansion programs, including colonizations and recoloniza tions, the chapter consultant program, the hiring of a full time public relations director, and the programming at national convention. Traditionally, the Loyalty Fund list has been printed in the summer TRIANGLE, but since the end of the fund raising year is in the fall, the list will be included in future winter issues. The following includes only those members who have contributed between May 31, 1986, the cutoff date for printing the summer 1986 TRIANGLE and the Loyalty Fund's October 31, 1986 contribution cutoff. Those contributing directly to the Sigma Kappa Foundation are not included in this listing. They will be featured in an upcoming issue of the TRIANGLE. This should clear up any misunderstandings in regard to the TRIANGLE printing policy.
