Tender process will be completed according to the Punjab Procurement Rules 2009 and Punjab Tehsil Municipal Administration Works Rules 2003. 2. Tender form can be obtained collected from the TMA office Attock and website of LG & CD Department (WWW.com.log.com.Gov.com.pk). 3. Earnest Money according the Punjab procurement rules 2009 class 25 Earnest Money will be @5% in the shape of deposit at call of any scheduled bank will be entertain able No pay order, Bankers Cheque will not be accepted in the shape of Earnest Money. 4. Tender will be received in the office of TO(I&S) from the date of advertisement and till up to 15- days. After that no tender will be received and tender will be opened on 19 -02-2013 at 11.00Am in presence of contractors or their authorized representative. The tender will be received/opened by tender opening committee. 5. Lowest bidder will have to submit 10% Performance Security in the shape of CDR within 7-days otherwise tender will be cancelled and 5% Earnest Money forfeited in favor of TMA. 6. Contractors of other TMA’s can be participate in tendering process with the condition that “C” Class and above contractors will have to submit original receipt of renewal for current financial year and original certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council as well. 7. The contractors of the other TMA’s of E&D class will have to produce their original enlistment receipt of fee deposited by them. 8. Contractors of other TMA will have to produce oath on stamp papers that is nothing is due against him and they are not black listed. 9. TMA will not provide any machinery/material. 10. Over writing, Cutting, doubtful, and conditionally tenders will not be accepted. 11. Tender rates will be quoted above/ below on MRS Ist Quarter 2013. 12. Time period for the completion of scheme will be according to work order. 13. The undersigned have right to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. 14. The tender will be issued to the contractors categories which are Registered with the Engineering Council Against the registration categories and specialization of Pakistani constructors / operators accordingly. .
