We also dash over to Québec City for a wintry walk along its historic ramparts, explore the luggage luminary that is Rimowa, embark on an ice-fishing adventure with Mr. Porter and take shelter from the Chicago cold with comedian Andrew Alexander at his favourite Italian restaurant.
