EDUCATION ETH-Zürich, Switzerland Ph.D. in Geophysics 2008 Northern Arizona University, USA M.Sc. in Geophysics 2003 University of Missouri, USA B.Sc. in Geology 2001

RESEARCH EXPERIENCE I am a government scientists at GNS Science, the national survey of New Zealand. I primarily work in the areas of earthquake and tsunami hazard and monitoring. My work bridges the gap between fundamental research, government advice during times of crisis, and public interaction through school outreach, public lectures, and television, print, and radio media.
