Daniel Hugo Delía Buenos Aires 2020 Resumen En esta investigación se revisa la problemática de la evolución del Turismo Internacional en Argentina, que comprende el Turismo Receptivo y Emisivo. El trabajo se desarrolló entre enero y agosto de 2020; en donde se efectuó un seguimiento de las variables de turistas absolutos, divisas en millones de dólares, tipo de cambio Dólar/Peso y Real/Peso, motivo de viaje, tipo de alojamiento, organización del viaje, pernoctaciones por tipo de alojamiento, gasto total en dólares por tipo de alojamiento, estadía promedio en noches, gasto promedio por estadía en dólares y gasto promedio diario en dólares. La investigación fue atravesada por la irrupción de la pandemia de enfermedad de Coronavirus, que generó cierre de fronteras, restricciones de viajes en el 100% de los destinos mundiales, suspensión parcial o total de vuelos, y una de las mayores recesiones globales en décadas. De su impacto se desprendió el peor resultado de la serie histórica de turismo internacional desde 1950 y el fin abrupto de un período de 10 años de crecimiento sostenido desde el período financiero de 2009. Los resultados sugieren que la evolución del turismo internacional en Argentina tuvo un crecimiento sostenido. El tipo de cambio Real/Peso tuvo mayor incidencia en las llegadas por el volumen de turistas de Brasil y el tipo de cambio dólar/Peso afectó la balanza de divisas.

    Informe de Gestión ATT 2014 El presente Resumen Ejecutivo contiene información sobre los logros Informe de más relevantes de la ATT en la gestión 2014. Gestión ATT 1. INSTITUCIONAL 1.1 Planificación Estratégica 2015 - 2019 La ATT formuló el Plan Estratégico Institucional 2015 – 2019 que fue compatibilizado y aprobado por las instancias correspondientes. El mismo está orientado a mejorar la calidad de los servicios regulados, tarifas, defensa de los derechos de los usuarios, administración eficiente del espectro radioeléctrico, optimización de procesos, mejora del clima organizacional, gestión tecnológica, gestión financiera eficiente y transparente. 1.2 Reestructuración Organizacional ATT A raiz de la planificación estratégica, la ATT diseñó una propuesta de reestructuración organizacional con los siguientes lineamientos: Lineamiento 1: Fusión del área de Telecomunicaciones con TIC y Transportes con Servicio Postal. Lineamiento 2: Creación de Oficinas Regionales en Potosí, Oruro, Chuquisaca, Beni y Pando. Lineamiento 3: Incremento de personal para: ODECO terminales y aeropuertos, fiscalizadores para terminales y trancas, regulación económica, fiscalización de telecomunicaciones, otorgamientos de licencias, homologaciones de equipos, desarrollo de sistemas, comunicación y administración. Las Fases propuestas son: FASE 1 y 2: En esta fase se mantiene el techo presupuestario asignado por el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas Públicas - MEFP. Se ha solicitado que las consultorías de línea pasen a personal de planta. Crecimiento máximo: De 160 a 235 ítems. Involucra sólo el Lineamiento 1. FASE 3: En esta fase se requiere presupuesto adicional al techo asignado por el MEFP, de Bs38.295.299 para la creación de oficinas regionales, nuevos ítems, equipamiento y otros. Crecimiento de 235 a 397 ítems.
