International CyberFair is an award-winning authentic project-based learning program used by schools and youth organizations around the world since 1996. Youth conduct research and publish their findings using digital media. CyberFair is an opportunity to engage businesses, schools, and youth organizations in educational activities that improve academic achievement and contribute to mutual awareness and appreciation of their community history, leaders, issues, and needs. Recognition is given to the best projects in each of eight categories.

The 2018 CyberFair theme is “Preserve and Unite!” Youth are challenged to prepare for the future by ​ ​ ​ ​ thinking about their own future plans, the conditions that will affect the future of their community, and issues of global importance. Youth create virtual exhibits that spotlight or preserve people, places, businesses, and other things in the local community that serve to inspire, motivate, and encourage positive change.
