Custard

Ingredients for Custard Cake

• 1 Litre Milk

• Less than ½ Cup

• 2 tbsp Custard Powder

• ¼ Cup Milk (to be mixed with custard powder)

• Pieces

• Pineapple Syrup

• Pineapple Pieces

• Dairy Milk Chocolate

• Cadbury Gems

Steps for Custard Cake

1. To begin, heat 1 litre milk in a vessel and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes until it becomes half in quantity.

2. Into it, add sugar and mix well on high flame until the sugar dissolves.

3. In a separate small bowl, add ¼ cup milk into 2 tbsp custard powder and stir well to combine.

4. With the flame on low, pour this custard mix into the milk on the stove gradually. Keep stirring continuously as you add to avoid any lumps.

5. Cook on medium flame for 2-3 mins to thicken it up. Turn off the flame and set aside to cool.

6. To assemble the custard cake, first blend the cooled custard into a smooth consistency with a blender. Put it in the refrigerator to cool.

7. Next, take a serving dish and spread a layer of sponge cake pieces in it.

8. Soak the sponge cake pieces in pineapple juice by pouring the juice over it with the help of a spoon, little by little.

9. Next, spread a layer of pineapple pieces over it.

10. For the next layer, add the cooled custard. Follow it up with a layer of cake.

11. Then repeat the previous steps of pineapple syrup, pineapple pieces and finally the custard. 12. For garnishing, grate some dairy milk chocolate and spread the flakes over the assembled . We will also use some gems to decorate

13. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
