Inukshuk Wireless Partnership*

* In order to provide full disclosure to other applicants of Roger’s ownership interest in an entity that holds radio spectrum licenses, Rogers is disclosing its 50% ownership interest in Partnership (IWP). However, Rogers does not consider that this ownership interest makes IWP an “affiliate” of Rogers within the meaning of that term in section 5.1.1 of the Licensing Framework. Since a competitor of Rogers, , owns the other 50% interest in IWP, Rogers does not control IWP. Nor does Rogers have the ongoing power or ability to determine or decide the strategic decision-making activities of IWP, or to manage or run its day-to-day operations, which would be necessary to establish control in fact of the partnership.
