Fifth Avenue Collection How to Read the Product Code
Each piece of jewellery in the collection is assigned a 10-digit product code; in both letters and numerals.
This code is broken into four segments, each being separated from the next with a dash. Each of these segments gives a specific explanation about the jewellery it describes.
CATEGORY DESCRIPTION SIZE/STYLE STONE EG-TRIP-ST-01
The first letter specifies whether the item is an earring, pendant, neckpiece, chain, bracelet, anklet, ring or pin. The second letter describes whether the piece is gold, rhodium, hematite, copper or rose gold.
The next four characters are a basic abbreviation of the name of the jewellery.
Then there are two characters describe one of the following: functional findings on the earrings, the length of a neckpiece or bracelet or the size of the ring.
The final two characters specify the stone used in the jewellery.
To put this information into practical use, let’s again refer to our example:

By deciphering this code, we find that it represents a "Triples" gold stud earring with a clear crystal. Using these codes enables Jewellers to place orders for products quickly and clearly.
