ADVANCE NO-FEE TICKETS TO DIRTY WATER CLUB! Guitarist/vocalist Carley Wolf was raised with a pack of wolf-dog hybrids on her family's Texas hill country ranch. When she met drummer Jonny Wolf and they started making music together, they named their band The Ghost Wolves as a way of memorializing their beloved companions who had died. Their sound exists in the cracks between blues, rock n' roll, noise, punk and early American music. In their personal record collection at home, one might find albums by a diverse range of artists including R.L. Burnside, Hasil Adkins, Joan Jett, The Ramones and Tom Waits.

Watch video on YouTube here Carley plays a multitude of instruments including a one string guitar, a cigar box guitar, and a six string Silvertone reissue guitar. Jonny's vintage drum kit includes found percussion like a watering can, a crystal punch bowl, analog synthesizers and effects. Over the last 7 years they have performed nearly 1000 shows in 23 countries including most of western Europe, the USA, Scandinavia, the U.K., and Japan. Their explosive performances have earned them an international reputation as a must-see live act.

Watch video on YouTube here The duo have returned to Europe and the U.K. for a month long tour in February & March 2018 including shows in London (at the World famous Dirty Water Club), Paris, Berlin and Madrid. After this trip they will perform at SXSW in Austin, then depart on a full spring time tour of the entire USA opening for goth-punk-blues one man band Lincoln Durham. Later in the summer they are slated to play various festivals including Fusion Festival in Germany, Moonrunners Festival in Chicago and Muddy Roots Festival in Tennessee. They are currently recording a third LP with producer and engineer Rob Fraboni (, , ). Rolling Stone Italia "They play stomping blues-garage-punk possessed by who knows what kind of demon… their music has just the right overdose of voodoo punk".

Lenny Kaye, emusic.com "The pair tour relentlessly, showing a joy in the turn-it-up that evokes the visceral virtues of rock at its most raw and elemental".

BP Fallon, Wang Dang Doodle "A primal musical jewel in wolf's clothing".

NME Magazine "This Austin, Texas duo are one of the most eccentric bands around". Deli Magazine "for the real experience, catch them on stage where their intensity and magnetism are amplified to such levels that you might just put on a mask and let Carley call you 'Grandma'".

The Dirty Water Club started in October 1996 in the Tufnell Park neighbourhood of north London, at a venue called The Boston. The club's name is derived from The Standells' 1966 hit 'Dirty Water' which glorifies the US city of Boston, Massachusetts.

Past performers have included (voted by Q Magazine as one of the top 10 gigs of all time, Mojo one of the top 30 and Kerrang one of the top 100!), The Gories, Country Teasers, Black Lips, NOBUNNY, Kid Congo Powers, The Fleshtones, , Radio Birdman, , Thee Michelle Gun Elephant, The 5.6.7.8's, The Horrors and The Brian Jonestown Massacre to name just a few. The club has also seen some original '60s performers, such as The Monks, ? and the Mysterians, Kim Fowley, Sky Saxon, GONN, Michael Davis of the MC5 and more grace its stage.

Their in-house record label, Dirty Water Records, is one of the leading garage/beat/(real) R&B labels in the world.
