CULINARY DELIGHTS

Our choice of wedding menus are packed full of culinary delights designed to suit even the most discerning palate and a wide choice of wines is provided by our extensive wine cellar.

THE LEGACY SUITE

Located in The Smurfit Clubhouse, The Legacy Suite has the capacity to cater for up to 350 wedding guests. Magnificently decorated in hues of honey, raspberry and gold with doors opening up to a decking area overlooking the signature hole of The Smurfit Course, The Legacy Suite is a stunning location for a large and lavish wedding.

THE ARNOLD PALMER ROOM

Located in The Palmer Clubhouse, The Arnold Palmer Room can seat up to 140 guests for dinner and dancing. The room has it’s own private entrance and bar. A special feature of this room is the large bay window which provides magnificent views overlooking the 18th green and lake of the Arnold Palmer Course and direct access to the spacious balcony. The Arnold Palmer Room can be transformed into a magnificent wedding venue for that special day.

THE JOHN JEFFERSON SMURFIT ROOM

This ornately decorated room located in the main house has views overlooking the hotel’s gardens and River Liffey. Complete with an ornate ceiling and a beautiful Waterford Crystal chandelier, The John Jefferson Smurfit Room is ideal for small weddings and civil ceremonies.

This stunning room was the original Music Room of Straffan House, still retaining a lot of the original features of the house and is home to the largest private collection of Jack B Yeats Paintings outside the National Gallery. The Yeats Room is the perfect setting either as a reception room or for a smaller, more intimate wedding dinner or event.

ACCOMMODATION

The K Club offers guests the very best in luxurious accommodation, pampering, dining & leisure facilities. Accommodation is truly luxurious as each bedroom has been individually designed and features original paintings and antiques, whilst the bathrooms feature individual hand painted murals. No two rooms are alike in terms of size and interior, making it one of the only resorts in Ireland that can boast this unique characteristic.

THE K SPA

The team at The K Spa will be on hand leading up to the event and on the morning of the big day allowing you to be pampered and groomed without leaving the resort. In the meantime the groom may decide to enjoy a round of golf or relax while fishing.

The K Club is home to two Arnold Palmer designed golf courses. Our Championship golf courses, The Palmer Ryder Cup Course and The Smurfit Course are consistently ranked in the top 3 parkland golf courses in Ireland.
