According to ACCA President, Barbara Talerico, “We’ve been very careful with our planning and tenant selection. Now, with our anchor tenants secured, neighbors will begin to see construction crews on the Garden Theater site by late spring of 2013 with an anticipated completion of early 2014.” Other Announcements · The facade of the building at 4 West North Avenue is currently being stabilized. · Expanding on the success of the nearby Federal Hill development, construction of six new homes on Jacksonia Street by October Development will begin in May.
