Extra-Curricular Activities: Students are offered a wide variety of extra-curricular activities, from high school varsity and middle school sports (interscholastic and international) to National Honor Society, Student Leadership, Model United Nations,

Global Issues Network, Debate, Robotics, and Destination Imagination. The activities

change each semester according to the faculty and students’ talents and interests.

CIS International Baccalaureate Test Results  In 2010, CIS students sat a total of 23 IB exams; 74% of exams were marked at a 4 or higher.  In 2011, CIS students sat a total of 53 IB Exams; 91% of exams were marked at a 4 or higher.  In 2012, CIS students sat a total of 58 IB Exams; 87% of exams were marked at a 4 or higher.  In 2013, CIS students sat a total of 51 IB Exams; 90% of exams were marked at a 4 or higher.  In 2014, CIS students sat a total of 62 IB Exams; 92% of exams were marked at 4 or higher.  In 2015, CIS students sat a total of 120 IB Exams; 90% of exams were marked at 4 or higher.  In 2016, CIS students sat a total of 50 IB Exams; 88% of exams were marked at 4 or higher.  In 2017, CIS Students sat a total of 114 IB Exams; 83% of exams were marked at 4 or higher.

CIS SAT Test Results CIS is an authorized SAT testing center  10 students took the SAT during the 2009/2010 school year. The average score was 1,518.  9 students took the SAT during the 2010/2011 school year. The average score was 1,453.  20 students took the SAT during the 2011/2012 school year. The average score was 1,637.  17 students took the SAT during the 2012/2013 school year. The average score was 1,679.  34 students took the SAT during the 2013/2014 school year. The average score was 1,680.  26 students took the SAT during the 2014/2015 school year. The average score was 1,555.  41 students took the SAT during the 2016/2017 school year. The average score was 1,555 (new SAT scoring).
