HOW DO I ORDER? Make an account with us and you will be able to view all of our range including pricing. Alternatively you can call us during business hours on 03 9369 9929 or email your enquiry to [email protected] and we will take you through step by step. HOW MANY BAGS WILL WE SELL? Find out how many people will attend your event and allocate 1 bag per child. If you are involved in a showbag drive allow up to 2 bags per child. WHAT EVENT WOULD SHOWBAGS SUIT? We cater for all types of events and social groups. If you have a fete, fair or festival for your organisation, ask us how we can help. HOW CAN WE MAXIMISE SALES? Promote the showbags prior to your event and set up a suitable area on the day to sell and display them. Hand them out early in the event to build interest. WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE? Aside from our huge showbag range, we also oer a large variety of quality and well priced gifts and novelties, as well as sippers, plush toys and lucky dip items for your event. We also carry a range of Cadbury bags for the chocolate lovers. HOW MUCH IS FREIGHT? This depends on your location and the quantities you order. Our sales sta can assist you with this once your orer is placed. IS PICK UP AVAILABLE AS WELL AS DELIVERY? Yes of course. We are located in Derrimut, Victoria. Alternatively, all our orders are sent out by a national courier whom will deliver your order to you during business hours. PAYMENT OPTIONS? Strictly 30 days, bank deposit and paypal accepted. Please email your remittance to [email protected] WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW? Orders are generally picked within 3 business days, but please allow up to 10 working days for goods to arrive. Minimum orders are restricted to carton quantities only, these will vary from item to item. Orders must be placed in multiples of the carton quantity. Packs will not be broken down. All products are pre packed and ready to sell. When selling the products, we generally suggest working o a 40-50% mark up on the wholesale price. A free bunting is available for all orders to help brighten your stall. If you require further assistance please ask a member of our sales team. REFUND POLICY We will only accept full carton returns on showbags within 7 days of completion of your event. We will only accept returns of 10% or less of the total order. Contents in the showbags may vary according to product availability, however replacement items will be at least of equal value to the original item. Due to health and safety standards we do not accept returns on any confectionery, chocolate/food products. PAYMENT TERMS STRICTLY 30 days.
