Ndersa Shqiperia Jugore u bashkangjit totalisht ne federaten Osmane, Shqiperia veriore edhe pse u bashkangjit ne kete shtet ruajti autonomi te theksuar ne vetvete. Me ardhjen e tij ne Shqiperi, pushteti Osman solli me vete kulturen e tij te larmishme, qe me vone do te behej edhe pjese integrale e identitetit Shqiptar. Nje fe e re, Islami, u perhap ne Shqiperi, ndermjet jugut ortodoks dhe veriut katolik, fe qe u kthye ne fene dominante te Shqiptareve. Edhe pse ne dekadat e para te shtetit Osman ne Shqiperi shume pak Shqiptare ishin Musliman, gjate shekullit te 17, rreth 50% e popullsise se Shqiperise veriore kaloi ne Islam. Katolicizmi Roman dhe Ortodoksia sllavo-helene tek e fundit ishin mbajtese te influencave te huaja ne Shqiperi, te mbushura nga gjuhe te huaja, dhe Shqiptaret ne krahasim me komshinjte e tyre Helen, Bullgar dhe Serb ishin ndjekes superfaqesor te ketyre feve.

This year we have marked 10 years of work, passion, desire and fatigue, to overcome yesterday, towards a different tomorrow from today. All the challenges that we encounter are the starting point for change and progress. 2013 was a difficult year. Regarding the Albanian economy, I would characterize it as the most difficult year, where structural changes left consequences in the economy. But it was overcome, with a great responsibility, desire and commitment to the common good. We are now ranked among the top banks of the Albanian banking market. We have maximized everything in our whole organization. We increased sales, analysis and control. We have reformed the structure according to a market that experienced weakness and oscillation, but also endurance. We have focused on existing customers supporting their business, but also on the new ones. We have learned from the appalling economic factors and focused on such sectors where need and demand for products provides lifespan, expanding lending and comprehensive support. Our financial results during 2013 are indicative of a sustainable and healthy development where is worth mentioning: In terms of performance of the entire banking system of the country, our deposit growth exceeded overall market growth with 3.42% and our growth in total loans exceeded the market which fell by 1.84%.

Karst phenomena are related to soluted carbonate formations which cover of about 7300 km2 of Albanian territory and with sulfate evaporates rocks, which outcrop of about 500 km2. Typically alpine relief of average altitude 708 m above the sea level and high horizontal splitting are favorable for karst development. Karst and geological sites of karst origin are wide­ spread mainly in Albanian Alps and in Ionian zone. In Albanides there are determined surfaces and under­ ground karst forms which belong to the Neo-Pliocene-Quaternary age and deep karst forms belonging to the paleokarst in old formations.

The detailed study of these features in the last decades has proved that many of them are, in fact, small glaciers. They have survived without complete melting since the end of the Little Ice Age, and thus the time of their formation must have not later than in 14–15th century AD. At present, the existence of 16 small glaciers is suggested (and proved for some of them) in three mountains throughout the peninsula: Prokletije (mainly in Albania), Durmitor (in Montenegro) and Pirin (in Bulgaria), the biggest num- ber being found in Prokletije. The two small glaciers (glacierets) in Pirin mountain are at present the southernmost glacial masses in Europe (the only located south of 42°N). Despite the registered warming of high mountain climate, small glaciers on the Balkan Peninsula have shown no trends towards shrinkage for the last 23 years. The net profit of Lek 669 million showed a decline comparing to 2011 but that was a reflection of increased reserve for loans loss. Obviously, our net profit does not yet reflect the work we are doing to strengthen capital, reduce risk and attract more business from our customers. There are many issues weighing not only on us, but on the entire financial services sector. These include concerns about the global economy, the implementation of new regulations and capital requirements, how these new rules may affect our ability to deliver for our customers and clients, and the time it will take to resolve collateral issues. This report proposes “Master Plans” on long-term perspectives targeting the year of 2027 and “Action Plans” for priority projects which have been identified in the master plans for thematic four (4) infrastructure sectors, namely, 1) Roads and Urban Transportation; 2) Solid Waste Management; 3) Water Supply; and 4) Sewerage and Drainage Systems. Environmental and institutional discussions are also included to seek for a rational way to the implementation of proposed plans. This report was prepared under close coordination with the technical team working for Tirana Urban Regulatory Plan in terms of the population framework and economic activities in association with land use strategies to manage sustainable and balanced urban growth in the Tirana Metropolitan Area. Therefore, planning logics and concepts underlying these thematic plans have been coherent with the Regulatory Plan, because these plans are part of the Tirana Regulatory Plan. Dziedzictwo kulturowe Aromanów na Bałkanach I wish I could become a chronicler of places which never existed on the map, and events of which history never took any notice1. STRESZCZENIE Celem tego artykułu jest odpowiedź na kilka pytań: (1) jakie ślady materialnego dzie- dzictwa kulturowego Aromanów (Wlachów) odnajdujemy na terenach dzisiejszej Albanii, Grecji i Republiki Macedonii; (2) co mówią one o społeczności lokalnej, jej historii i znacze- niu w kulturze europejskiej; (3) czy istnieje współcześnie aromańska pamięć zbiorowa do- tycząca miejsc, w których zachowały się ślady tego dziedzictwa? W tekście dokonano opi- su regionów, które zamieszkiwali Aromanie, zaprezentowano wstępne kryteria podzia- łu ich dziedzictwa kulturowego na grupy, przypisując im wybrane przykłady zabytków, a także wskazano, jakie wybrane znaczenia i sensy związane z kulturą aromańską odkry- wamy, traktując owe zabytki jako tekst kultury. W artykule wykorzystano jakościowe metody badań terenowych, w tym wywiady i obserwacje związane ze śladami tego dziedzictwa w wybranych miejscowościach Grecji, Albanii i Republiki Macedonii, wraz z wykonaniem dokumentacji fotograficznej. Badaniu poddano także źródła zastane (historyczne i etnograficzne) oraz zasoby dostępne w Inter- necie – przeanalizowano narracje dotyczące odpowiednich zabytków w źródłach etnogra- ficznych (dawnych i współczesnych wspomnieniach Aromanów) znajdujące się w nowych mediach, w tym na blogach i portalach internetowych. W analizie posłużono się paradyg- matem historyczno-porównawczym i interpretatywnym, co pozwalało na badanie ukry- tych znaczeń i kodów kulturowych związanych z dziedzictwem aromańskim.
