Description: Mid C19 assymetrical brick and flint house with narow horizontal banding and plain tiled roof with decorative end stacks. Two and a half storeys with gable to left hand side with brick within the apex and later gabled porch. Later flint and brick extension to the right with a link joining the house to what appears to gave been a detached two storey structure. Modern windows, timber door, two windows to left within gabled part blocked up. Appears to have been recetnly refurbished. Locally significant due to group value and attractiveness.

The side elevations contain a row of timber windows positioned at high level in a symmetrical arrangement. Single storey flat roof front porch with globe pediments. Segmental brick arch dressing above pair of front doors with an embossed fanlight.

Built of banded red brick and neatly laid flint, still exposed to inner (SW) elevation, rendered to others. Some feature blue header details to arches of upper floor openings. Shallow slate hipped roof. Long linear planform parallel with road. Interior not viewed. Good group value and historic association with listed Manor Farm House immediately to south (now separate curtilage). Locally significant as a largely intact mid to late 19th century farm stable block with good group value. Not including single-storey arched entrance wing to south.
