Presidents Trumpet April 2021 Happy Spring! I hope you are doing well and enjoying the lovely weather. I am looking forward to being president for the coming year. I reviewed the Old Ride website (www.oldride.com ) to see what the show calendar looked like. April looks to be a busy month. On Saturday, April 10, alone there are not one, not two, but six car shows around the Metroplex. Hopefully, there won’t be too many “April showers” on the weekends and folks can take out their and enjoy the shows. Here’s a fun fact that involves Oldsmobile. FUTURE NTOC EVENTS 2021 2021 NTOC Zone Show Follow-up discussion was held about the NTOC Zone Show in 2021. Cindy and Mike Payton were not present at the Zoom meeting. There was no update about the 2021 Zone Show in Waxahachie. In February Cindy said she will contact the Waxahachie city leadership to begin discussions about having the Zone Show in September or October 2021. In general the plan is to have a 2021 NTOC Zone Show. The plan is now for the 2021 Zone Show to be shifted to a fall event as a more low-key event.
