I hope you are doing well and enjoying the lovely weather. I am looking forward to being president for the coming year. I reviewed the Old Ride website (www.oldride.com ) to see what the car show calendar looked like. April looks to be a busy month. On Saturday, April 10, alone there are not one, not two, but six car shows around the Metroplex. Hopefully, there won’t be too many “April showers” on the weekends and folks can take out their cars and enjoy the shows. Here’s a fun fact that involves Oldsmobile. Oldsmobile, along with Buick and Pontiac, made a presentation to GM brass to produce what would become the 1963 Riviera.
