Alle alternativene for Mjøssykehuset vil utnytte den nye E6en, men kun Moelv og Brumunddal kan utnytte kan jernbaneforbindelsen, og kommer derfor bedre ut. Blant de fire byene som er aktuelle for akuttsykehus har alle jernbanetilgang. Men hyppigst avganger er det på Hamar og i Lillehammer.

Watten2 1Lillehammer University College, Lillehammer (Norway), 2Hadeland Neuropsychological Centre, Gran (Norway) We have investigated gender differences in academic achievements in two age cohorts of students from the Lower Secondary School in Norway (2000, 2005; 15-16 year olds). In the 2000 and 2005 cohorts the female students outperformed male students in twelve out of thirteen academic disciplines, including mathematics and nature-science. Physical education was the only discipline where the male students had higher grade points than the female students. In both cohorts the results showed a significant effect of season of birth: Students who were born in the Nordic winter-spring season had slightly higher grade points than students born in the summer-autumn season.     LILLEHAMMER OLYMPIC PARK Olympic City: Lillehammer Country: Norway Edition of the Games: 1994 Winter Olympic Games Preliminary remarks As you may have seen, two governance cases are dedicated to Lillehammer. Reasons that support this choice are twofold. First, Lillehammer hosted two editions of the Games. If the latter built upon the former to deliver great Games, it also produced its own legacy and consequently, structures to deal with it. Second, as legacy is about both venues and facilities at one side and education, knowledge transfer and experience sharing at the other side, two different cases were necessary to encompass various ways Lillehammer manages its Olympic legacy(ies). Inherited from the 1994 Games, the Lillehammer Olympic Park is a structure run by the municipality of Lillehammer that takes care of the majority of Olympic venues and events. The Lillehammer Olympic Legacy Sports Centre is an emanation of the Norwegian Sports Federation and Olympic and Paralympic Committee and is a direct legacy of the YOG. Obviously, many bridges and crossovers exist between these structures and collaboration and common understanding are key. The big picture also encloses the Norwegian Top Sports Centre of the Innland region dedicated to elite athletes (Olympiatoppen Innlandet), the University, the Olympic Legacy Studies Centre as well as the remaining Olympic venues run by other municipalities or private companies. With all these partners involved in managing Lillehammer’s Olympic legacy, clusters (venues, events, training, research, etc.) facilitate organisation and legacy management.     Fylkesmannens kommunebilde av Alvdal kommune - 2020 Fylkesmannens kommunebilde bygger på tilgjengelig KOSTRA-statistikk, annen nasjonal statistikk, tilsyn, økonomiforvaltning og kommunedialog. Vi har med utgangspunkt i dette utarbeida ROS- analyser for ulike tjenester. Kommunebildet vi presenterer, er et sammendrag av hvordan Fylkesmannen oppfatter status og utfordringer på sentrale fagområder i kommunen. ROS-analyser gjelder kun fagområder der Fylkesmannen gjennomfører tilsyn eller er tillagt et ansvar i lov eller forskrift. Kommunebildet er oppdatert november 2020. Vi har valgt å gruppere kommentarene i tre kategorier: Områder med god kompetanse, kapasitet og kvalitet Områder med forbedringspotensial innen kompetanse, kapasitet og kvalitet Områder som er sårbare innen kompetanse, kapasitet og kvalitet SSBs befolkningsprognose anslår en endring fra 2 432 innbyggere i 2020 til 2 531 i 2040 etter hovedalternativet. Antall personer i yrkesaktiv alder 20-66 år per 80-åring endrer seg fra 10,3 i 2019 til 9,1 i 2025 og 5,7 i 2040. Nasjonale gjennomsnittstall er 14,5, 12,3 og 7,2. Barnehage og opplæring De fem siste år (2016-2020) har elevene i Alvdal 44 grunnskolepoeng i snitt. Landssnittet i same periode er 41,8. I elevundersøkelsen 2019 for 7. trinn skåres det 4,2 skalapoeng på faktoren trivsel (nasjonalt 4,3). Det er tre av tre barnehager som innfrir normkravet til pedagogisk bemanning i 2019. Andelen anatte med barne- og ungdomsarbeiderfag ligger på 21 prosent, mens snittet for Innlandet ligger på 25,3 prosent. Helsestasjon og skolehelsetjeneste Det foreligger en nasjonal faglig retningslinje for helsestasjons- og skolehelsetjenesten. Rovviltnemnda skriv i høyringsnotatet at kommunar og organisasjonar kan kommentere korleis dei meiner soneringa i noverande plan har fungert. Vidare blir det særleg bede om innspel til temaområde som ikkje er godt nok omtala i gjeldande plan, og om det er nye tiltak og prioriteringar som må lyftast meir fram i ein revidert forvaltningsplan. Frist for innspel er sett til 25.4.2019. Kommentarar til korleis soneringa i noverande plan har fungert når det gjeld jerv Ein viser til møte i Rovviltnemnda i juni 2018 som var lagt til Rondablikk på Kvamsfjellet. Som ein del av møtet var representantar frå beitenæringa i Fronskommunane og representantar frå Nord-Fron og Sør-Fron kommunar invitert for å diskutere forvaltninga av jerv jf. gjeldande sonering. Det blei i samband med møte halde synfaring. Gjeldande sonering gjer at beiteområda på austsida i Fronskommunane ligg både innafor og utanfor jervsona. Dette medfører at den enkelte beitebrukaren har beitedyr både i jerveprioriterte område og beiteprioriterte område. Forvaltningsmessig er dette ein svært uheldig situasjon, både for beitebrukarane og forvaltningsmyndigheitene. Beiteområda på austsida i Fronskommunane blir delt i to. Soneringa samsvarar ikkje med utfordringane ved praktisk forvaltning, og soneringa gir eit kunstig skile mellom jerveprioriterte og beiteprioriterte område. Jerven sitt leveområde omfattar naturleg nok areal både innanfor og utanfor jervsona, og dette medfører at ein i praksis ikkje får ei tilstrekkeleg effektiv soneforvaltning.

    1 Upcoming projects Infrastructure Construction Division About Bane NOR Bane NOR is a state-owned company respon- sible for the national railway infrastructure. Our mission is to ensure accessible railway infra- structure and efficient and user-friendly ser- vices, including the development of hubs and goods terminals. The company’s main responsible are: • Planning, development, administration, operation and maintenance of the national railway network • Traffic management • Administration and development of railway property Bane NOR has approximately 4,500 employees and the head office is based in Oslo, Norway. All plans and figures in this folder are preliminary and may be subject for change. 3 Never has more money been invested in Norwegian railway infrastructure. The InterCity rollout as described in this folder consists of several projects. These investments create great value for all travelers. In the coming years, departures will be more frequent, with reduced travel time within the InterCity operating area. We are living in an exciting and changing infrastructure environment, with a high activity level. Over the next three years Bane NOR plans to introduce contracts relating to a large number of mega projects to the market. Investment will continue until the InterCity rollout is completed as planned in 2034. Additionally, Bane NOR plans together with The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, to build a safer and faster rail and road system between Arna and Stanghelle on the Bergen Line (western part of Norway).
