DIREKTORAT JENDERAL PENGUATAN DAYA SAING PRODUK KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN KEMENTERIAN KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN 2018 KATA PENGANTAR Puji syukur kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa atas segala rahmat-Nya sehingga buku ini dapat tersusun dengan baik. Penyusunan Profil Potensi Usaha dan Peluang Investasi Kelautan dan Perikanan bertujuan untuk: 1) Menyediakan data dan informasi potensi usaha dan peluang investasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat kepada stakeholders dan calon investor; 2) Referensi dan pertimbangan dalam memutuskan investasi di sektor kelautan dan perikanan serta percepatan industri kelautan dan perikanan; serta 3) Mempromosikan potensi usaha dan peluang investasi sektor kelautan dan perikanan, baik hulu dan hilir menurut lokasi (Provinsi dan Kabupaten/ Kota), komoditas/produk maupun bidang usaha. Profil Potensi Usaha dan Peluang Investasi Kelautan dan Perikanan berisi data dan informasi usaha kelautan dan perikanan layak investasi, potensi dan pemanfaatan perikanan, infrastruktur pendukung investasi, spesifikasi teknis bidang usaha, kemudahan investasi serta kontak hubung daerah. Starting from a variety of diseases that plagued the population in 1847, with thus attempting to recruit indigenous workers as doctors was cheap and easy to obtain. then a school of Javanese Medical Schools (STOVIA) was established. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the beginning of the entry of the Netherlands in Bagansiapiapi, 2) To find out the reasons for the doctor's RM. Pratomo came to Bagansiapiapi, 3) To find out the role of Doctor RM. Pratomo as a pioneer of bagan siapi-api public health 1910-1939, 4) To find out the development of the hospital that was built by the Doctor RM. Pratomo 1910-1939. As for this study using qualitative research methods with a historical approach and data collection techniques in the form of observation, direct interviews and documentation. The results of this study were doctor RM. Pratomo was a doctor who was transferred to the Bagansiapiapi area and became the first doctor in Bagansiapiapi. Doctor RM. Pratomo built medical clinics and treated local people to communities in the countryside near the Rokan River. So much the role of the doctor RM. -

Most Muslims believe that Sharia deals with all aspects of their life. However, the history of Sharia shows that categories of Sharia vary depending on time and place. Through the ages, Sharia has developed and it has also been confronted with various challenges. The most recent developments in Sharia show that it contests various values and laws, including issues surrounding its position within the legal system of a nation state. This chapter aims to present the position of Sharia in Muslim countries; starting from a global picture and ending at the latest developments in Minangkabau, West Sumatra. To this end, the chapter begins with a brief discussion regarding the concept of Sharia. Subsequently, it presents the position of Sharia in a number of Muslims countries, which, in turn, will illustrate its position within the Indonesian legal system. This will also outline elements of Sharia that have been legalized and incorporated into the national law. Crucially, this chapter also discusses the situation since the government implemented a policy of decentralization and regional autonomy in 2000 that has resulted in the legislation of Sharia for provincial and regional/municipal laws. It also discusses the validity of provincial or regional /municipal law and the extent to which central government still has the authority to control these laws if they are in contradiction with the constitution or other, higher ranking laws. -

Sehubungan dengan kegiatan tersebut, maka kami ingin dan bermaksud agar tulisan dan informasi yang telah didapatkan dari berbagai narasumber dapat dibaca dan diketahui oleh masyarakat hendaknya. Perkembangan yang diperkirakan berjalan baik diantaranya pada sektor ekonomi (perdagangan dan jasa) dan sektor pertanian. Secara geografis Kecamatan Dumai Barat terletak pada pusat Kota Dumai. Kecamatan Dumai Barat juga menghubungkan pergerakan transportasi yang menguhubungkan Kota Dumai dengan pusat industri, pusat pemerintahan, kawasan perkantoran, kawasan pergudangan, serta perusahaan-perusahan besar berskala nasional yang terletak di kecamatan lainnya. Secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kecamatan ini akan mendapatkan keuntungan dari segi kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kondisi eksisting, kebijakan dan isu pengembangan, kondisi fisik dasar, guna lahan, serta sarana dan prasana, dan pengunaan lahan serta memberikan arahan bagi pengembangan kawasan perkotaannya. Berdasarkan penelitian, Kecamatan Dumai Barat mempunyai suatu keunggulan komparatif yang tidak dimiliki oleh wilayah lain untuk pengembangan wilayahnya.
