Starview’s SB/PH1 Series one-station table top manual shuttle type heat sealers are designed for product devel- opment and small volume production requirements. These machines are speci cally designed for medical appli- cations using foils, medical kraft, Tyvek and other heat sealable lidstock. These high quality machines are ideal for start up companies, back up equipment, cellular production lines or low volume inhouse packaging. SB/PH1 Series machines are one (1) operator shuttle type sealers utilizing quick-change sealing xtures and relieved face plates.

Starview’s SB/PH1 Series machines have process temperature controls with high and low user adjustable alarms. Digital sealing timer settings are highly repeatable. Options include class 10,000 exhaust air lter and external validation connection ports to easily access thermocouple, digital timer and air line pressure.
