Signed at New on 6 April 1991xii • Agreement between India and Pakistan on Pre-Notification of Flight Testing of Ballistic Missiles (October 2005) xiii Dialogue: • Composite Dialogue between India and Pakistan from 2004 to 2008, completed four rounds and the fifth round was in progress when it was paused in the wake of the Mumbai terrorist attack in November 2008. xiv Joint Judicial Committee: • Joint Judicial Committee on Prisoners (2007) to look into the humanitarian issue of civilian prisoners/fishermen held in each other’s jails xv Communication Measures: • Established mechanisms of hotlines, flag meetings, weekly talks between the Directorate Generals of Military Operations, as well as through diplomatic channelsxvi Economic Initiatives: • Status of the MFN accorded to Pakistan in 1996xvii, withdrawn after the Pulwama cross-border terror attack in February 2019xviii Cross-LoC CBMs for movement and trade (JWG on Cross-LoC CBMs): • Cross-LoC CBMs for movement and trade of people on both sides of the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir are in place including trade and travel on the Srinagar- Muzaffarabad (March 2005)xix and Poonch-Rawalakot (July 2011) routes respectively across the LoC. xx (Cross-LoC trade suspended by India from 19 April 2019xxi) • In addition, recommendations by Working Group led by Shri. M.K. Rasgotra on strengthening the Cross-LoC relations (April 2007). Visits to Religious Shrines: • Under the Protocol on 'Visits to Religious Shrines' signed by India and Pakistan in 1974xxii • Gurudwara Shri Nankana Sahib (Rawalpindi)xxiii • Gurudwara Shri Panja Sahib (Rawalpindi) • Other places of worship in Pakistanxxiv • Kartarpur Sahib: India decided to build Kartarpur Corridor from Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur District of India to the International Border and operationalize it, Pakistan agreed to build the Corridor.xxv Enhanced people to people contacts through bus and train services: • (biweekly, with termini in Lahore and Delhi) • - rail route is also open for movement of freight trains • , weekly, from Munabao-India to Zero Point Railway Station near Khokrapar – Pakistan. • Bus services run between India and Pakistan on the following routes: Delhi- Lahore (all days except Sunday), -Lahore (twice a week) and Amritsar- Nanankana (twice a week).xxvi Consultation Measures: • Indo-Pak Joint Commission established in 1982 to facilitate discussions at ministerial level.xxvii
