Saquon Barkley (RB1/OVR1) School: Penn State Year: Junior DOB: 02/07/1997 Drafted: Round 1, Pick 2 (2) Team:

The Good Arm Length 31.4” (60th) Barkley enters the NFL with one of the best size/speed ratios in recent Hand Size 9.5” (68th) history. The moves this guys is capable of making at 230 lbs are unreal. 40-Yard Dash 4.40s (93rd) Barkley has a powerful base and great agility to shrug defenders off that Vertical Jump 41” (96th) don’t get a clean hit on him. His ability to make defenders miss that get a Broad Jump - free release on him in the backfield will help him avoid taking losses on carries in the NFL. Barkley also boasts natural pass catching skills, 3-Cone Drill - adjusting well to poorly thrown passes and watching the ball all of the 20-Yard Shuttle 4.24s (48th) way into his hands before turning up field. He will make a fantastic 3- 60-Yard Shuttle - down back in the NFL due to this as well as his willingness to help out in Bench Press 29 reps (97th) the pass blocking game when called upon. The Bad I’ve seen a lot of reports that nag at Barkley’s patience and vision at METRICS (Percentile) times, but I don’t think this is his issue. Most of the plays when Barkley Speed Score 124.3 (99th) takes a loss is when his team is down big and they need something to Burst Score - happen to get them back in the game; He will try to make something out Agility Score - of nothing or try to extend plays you see him otherwise take a 5 yard College Dominator 32.2% (70th) gain on. While this is cause for concern, it doesn’t happen frequently and he has shown an ability to get his head on straight mid game and start Target Share 14.8% (93rd) making smarter decisions. My biggest concern with Barkley is that he SPARQ 149.8 (99th) ends up on a bad team that gets down big often and that leads to him frequently making these mistakes, therefore creating bad habits. PREDATOR Score Overall Assessment PRE-DRAFT: Barkley is the top overall fantasy player in this years draft 0.722 (1) with good reason, he is a surefire 3-down back with uncanny size and athleticism. ’I d expect RB1 numbers out of him as early as 2018. POST-DRAFT: Barkley landed in an excellent place for him to be “the Injury Risk guy.” He should get most of the carries from day one as the Giants lean Low—Ankle sprain more heavily on their running game with Eli in the twilight of his career. The only concern here is that the Giants OLine has been shaky at best, but they already seem to be taking steps to remedy this by signing Nate Player Comparison Solder and drafting a Guard in the 2nd round. This landing spot does nothing but further solidify Saquon as the 1.01 of this draft. LaDainian Tomlinson
