Mendoza, MD our country and overseas to the 74 Annual Clinical Congress “Resolving Conflicts in Surgery: From the Basic to the Complex”. The Philippine College of Surgeons hosts this annual meeting with the support of the Philippine College of Surgeons BOARD OF GOVERNORS Foundation, Inc. from December 2-5, 2018 at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel. The Committee on Surgical Education and the Committee on Conventions have prepared Domingo S. Bongala, Jr., MD Chairman a very comprehensive 4-day program that should provide all disciples of the science of the various specialties of surgery with the updates and new knowledge to address Alfredo L.
