All wineries in BC were invited to submit their wines for judging. This year, 425 wines from 116 wineries were considered by a panel of 9 renowned judges. There were 84 semi-finalists, 30 finalists, and just 14 wines selected as winners. There was no accident these wines won, as every wine was tasted 21 times each by the 9 judges.
