Personal Artist Statement by Kyle W. Kizziah
It is what I see. It is what I know. I have always had the driving ambition to create what I see — it was the same even as a child when I had the ability to first hold a pen. As I grew up I continued to explore my analytical, yet creative side of life without the presence of any instruction — and upon taking my first art class in twelfth grade, it reaffirmed my love for this thing that I enjoyed so much. Art was the one — and by the stroke of this new reality, it had felt so right to make the life-long commitment to be doing the one thing that I love the most; illustration.
