Active Steps encourages primary schools to complete a 10 to 15 minute challenge with a difference. Dance, Skip, Walk, Scoot – how you do it is unique to you and gives an amazing energy boost to the school day.

Active Play+ develops social skills such as communication and co-operation through structured games and play at break and/or lunchtimes. The games help to improve self esteem and well being. Kent Active Rainbow

Active Assembly provide schools with generic ideas to promote physical pupil interaction during assemblies.

Active Classroom focuses on Action Based Learning™ which is based on the brain research that strongly supports the link between movement and learning. ABL activities are teacher friendly, time efficient, and most importantly - make learning fun for students.

Playtime Party is a unique leadership course for Year 5/6 pupils. The course provides young leaders with the skills and knowledge to run Playtime Parties within their school using simple dance movement ideas that gets everyone involved having fun whilst getting fit at the same time.

Active Minds provides advice and techniques to help pupils to identify when they are overwhelmed by what’s going on around them. The programme teaches them how to cope with these emotions and feelings by learning to accept, identify and build resilience.
