An act relating to health; including anabolic steroids in the list of controlled substances; amending Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 152.02, subdivision 5.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 152.02, subdivision 5, is amended to read:
Schedule IV: Anabolic gig Subd. 5. la) The following items are listed in stances; Barbital; Chloral betaine; Chloral hydrate; Chlordiazepoxide; Clon- azepam; Clorazepate; Diazepam; Diethylpropion; Ethchlorvynol; Ethinamate; Fenfluramine; Flurazepam; Mebutamate; Methohexital; Meprobamate except when in combination with the following drugs in the following or lower concentra- tions: conjugated estrogens, 0.4 mg; tridihexethyl chloride, 25mg; pentaerythri- tol tetranitrate, 20 mg; Methylphenobarbital; Oxazepam; Paraldehyde; Pemoline; Petrichloral; Phenobarbital; and Phentermine.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 60A.l70l, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
“course” Subdivision 1. DEFINITION. For the purposes of this section, means a course, program of instruction, or seminar of continuing insurance education.
