Slide Shows
General Suggestions Length of Time: 8-12 minutes on average for the entire show; 3-4 seconds per slide
Have music playing for the menu home screen. This allows us to make sure the image is projected and sound is working properly before starting the slide show
Acceptable Formats: -Playable DVD (meaning it works in a regular DVD player, not just a computer DVD player) -MP4 or MPEG-4 format and then send it to us using a large file sharing service such as Dropbox (www.dropbox.com )
Mail backup copies of the DVD to Party Excitement (30-G Sixth Road, Woburn, MA 01801) and bring a backup to your event.
If you have the final slide show in a digital format, please put in Dropbox ( www.dropbox.com ) and share the link with us too.
Program Suggestions Having a professional create your slide show for you and using our equipment to show it? We’ll need the final slide show sent to us no later than 10 days before your event.

Want us to create the slide show? $350 for creation only (Equipment for viewing additional cost, see below) • Photos & Music choices due to us no later than 3 weeks prior to event • All photos must be digital copies • Total of 75-125 photos and up to 4 song choices • Photos & music must be organized and placed in specific order if desired
